Mayridge and the g-Guide founders encourage use of ESSA members

Mayridge, the event design agency, and its partners behind the production of the g-Guide are encouraging the use of members of the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) as part of the initiative’s activity.

As well as Mayridge, the group consists of representatives from Clarion Events, dmg :: events, Reed Exhibitions and UBM Plc. The campaign launched the g-Guide last year and is committed to growing professional standards within the event industry. The initiative will now promote the “Use an ESSA member” message and use the ESSA logo on all their UK exhibitor manuals, aimed at other event organisations.  

Chris Skeith ESSA Director commented, “Having endorsement from the ‘G5’ is a major milestone for ESSA and we hope this move will encourage more organisers to include ‘Use an ESSA member’ in their manuals, which in turn will help generate more work for our members and provide more security for their mutual customers.’  

Sarah Cox, who represents Mayridge commented, “As an independent group of event organisers, it’s important that we advise other organisations to use credible, accredited and professional companies to ensure our industry delivers the highest possible standards. Working with ESSA gives us confidence in these recommendations.”
