Tech venues a priority for with announcement of partnership with London Technology Week has been confirmed as the official venue finding partner for London Technology Week, a new proposition for London 2014 run in partnership with London & Partners.

This announcement coincides with a new feature within allowing event organisers to browse Tech City Venues within London. Publisher, Kate Hewitt said: “We are excited to be a part of London Technology Week and the growing tech hub that is currently growing around Silicon Roundabout in East London.

"Venues are constantly evolving with clients’ demands, which now include technology specific requirements to keep up with increasingly tech savvy guests. Due to this demand we are introducing ‘Tech City Venues - London’ as a venue style in our search facility, as well as hosting an exclusive event during London Technology Week for venue marketing managers teaching them how they can use digital marketing to promote their venue.”

London Technology Week’s Kevin Pearce showed his enthusiasm for this partnership saying: “ is a vital resource for event planners across the UK and an obvious choice for those planning events for London Technology Week. We’re also impressed with their decision to add a tech category to their search engine and delighted that they are supporting London Technology Week by hosting their own event in June next year.

In June 2014 London Technology Week will bring together tech organisations, groups and enthusiasts in a range of different live formats which will showcase the wealth of tech collaboration and innovation happening across London. In addition to, supporting partners include Level39, Rainmaking Loft, ExCeL London and Tech London Advocates.

Confirmed events include Leisure Tech Expo which will take place in the O2, two events delivered by City University, Internet World (including Big Data Show and Interop London), The Founders Hive’s Viable Tech Demo, Croydon Tech City’s June meet-up, TV Triangle’s TV Meets Tech event, The Mobile & App Design Awards and Gallus Events’ Tech Fest – A Love Byte.
