Tapenade to cater at Paris Air Show for 12th year

The exclusive catering and event management company Tapenade, part of the Eventist Group, will return to the Paris Air Show today. This will be the caterer’s 12th year at the prestigious air show./span>

Taking place at Le Bourget Airport near Paris,  over 5,000 visitors from around the world are expected to be in attendance between 19th to 25th June.

Tapenade, who have catered at the Paris Air show since 2005, will provide both seated and buffet menus for chalet fine dining through to the delivery of canapés and drinks for formal receptions. Among their gourmet dishes will be Pan Seared Seabass Fillet with Sea Asparagus, Saffron and Dill Cream and Salt Cured Salmon, Cucumber and Gin Jelly, Pumpernickel Rocks, Soured Cream and Pickled Samphire.
