ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter debate to explore ‘drivers for customer loyalty’
ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter will explore the drivers for customer loyalty and the psychology of selling at its forthcoming summer debate at Birmingham’s ICC on June 27 – 28th. With a spectrum of industry expert speakers and panel debates with PCOs and UK and international associations, delegates will participate in a series of interactive sessions and share experiences. With recent research* indicating that for 58% of clients, the real driver in decision making is sales experience over price, brand or service delivery, the debate will provide an engaging opportunity for delegates to explore how to maximise face time to ‘sell better’

Mitch Winehouse headlines a ‘Big Night Out’ in Camden
In association with Sliced Events and The Amy Winehouse Foundation (UK 1149787), the London Irish Centre played host to the ‘Big Night Out’ on Thursday 23rd May, which saw some of London’s finest musicians gather to raise money for LauraLynn Ireland’s Children’s Hospice (IE CHY2633) and the London Irish Centre Charity (UK 1143740).
