The ‘Gold Accredited In Meetings (AIM) certification’ symbolises the first class facilities and the very highest levels of service that are reflected throughout the conference experience. The assessment reviews legal compliance; and a stringent on site review of customer service levels.
A sample of the feedback from the assessor states: “The venue has in place well defined and high service standards based around its service promise. There are clearly specified operational procedures to ensure that standards are met, staff are well trained, and customer feedback is obtained. Continuous improvement and innovation is central to the way in which the venue carries out its business. Staff are long serving, well briefed and work extremely well as a team with a strong commitment to environmental conservation.”

From board meetings, conferences, corporate parties, training, team building, private dining to evening receptions, 76 Portland Place offers true flexibility to its customers.

It is an accolade to our superb facilities and services and the careful attention to detail that we have achieved the re-accreditation and I would like to thank everyone that was involved. The re-accreditation process involved a rigorous assessment by an independent expert with vast knowledge of the meetings industry. I consider this re-accreditation as another validation of our continuous efforts to be the number one venue to meet, train and entertain in central London.”
