The Rose Bowl unveiled as The Ageas Bowl

Hampshire Cricket has unveiled its new title sponsor, Ageas.
The agreement with Ageas, whose Head Office is based in Eastleigh, is for six years.
With corporate hospitality overseen by Keith Prowse, The Ageas Bowl was voted the best international ground in a 2011 poll conducted by the England & Wales Cricket Board.

Home to the Hampshire Cricket, two-time County Champions, the venue was designed by acclaimed architect Sir Michael Hopkins and boasts 25,000 capacity for international games.

The Ageas Bowl will host major international matches in the summer of 2012 with much anticipated NatWest One Day Internationals between England and West Indies, 6th June and England and South Africa on 28 August.   Fast paced Twenty20 will also feature with Hampshire Royals competing to maintain their title as champions of the Friends Life t20 tournament.

Keith Prowse’s corporate hospitality packages, headlined by the experiential ‘Chairman’s Table’ offering, will be priced from £249 per person for England vs West Indies, £349 per person for England vs South Africa and £125 per person for Hampshire series of home Friends Life t20 fixtures.

Ted Walker, marketing manager for Keith Prowse said: “It's an exciting time to be involved at The Ageas Bowl - not just on the corporate hospitality side but because this new partnership heralds a new chapter for Hampshire Cricket. Our research highlights the draw that cricket has for corporate entertaining and we recognise the huge potential in the local feeder market.  In partnership with the ground we will be working hard to ensure local businesses understand the value of relationship building and face-to-face marketing.”
