The QEIICC to feature on Channel 4 tonight (21st February 2012)

The QEII Green, an event space owned by The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, will feature on Channel 4 at 8pm tonight as part of Gok’s Teens:The Naked Truth.  
The QEII Green was the site of the biggest ever body confidence lesson, delivered by Gok Wan and his expert team of teachers.  Ten teachers and over 100 pupils from all over the country took part.

 The site was a prime location for Gok Wan to reignite his ‘Get Your Schools on Board’ Body Confidence campaign, before he embarked into the Houses of Parliament for a meeting with MPs about having an hour of body confidence taught per academic year in every secondary school added to the national curriculum.

The QEII Green is an outdoor event space in the heart of Westminster – recent events held there have included the red carpet ceremony for the Laureus World Sport Awards and it also hosted the media viewing platform for the Royal Wedding last year.
