Discover NewcastleGateshead’s newest events venue

Fresh from an amazing transformation, this June Northumbria Students’ Union opens its doors as one of the most modern and versatile conferencing and events venues in the North East – Event Northumbria. 
Over £7 million was invested in the building which has already hosted the CAMRA Beer Festival this April in addition to a host of other events.

This versatile venue boasts facilities that can accommodate:

• 700 delegates (theatre style)
• Formal dining for up to 250
• Stylish cocktail and lounge bars
• Sun terrace
• 180 seat theatre with industry standard AV equipment
• Training and meeting rooms

On Thursday 21st June we will be holding the Event Northumbria Showcase featuring a conference clinic hosted by NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau and the chance to meet with some of our local collaborators Dandy Events and FX Productions.  You can also learn more about on-campus accommodation or sign up for an additional tour of Sport Central, also at Northumbria University.
