W Taipei launches new auction tab on its official Facebook page
W Taipei has recently launched new auction tab on its official Faceboook page where users can bid on items such as all-inclusive vacation packages, hotel room nights, cuisine and cocktail delights in its signature restaurants and bars, spa treatments and more. The first three exclusive offers start to sell on February 15th."W Taipei already has more than 20,000 Facebook fans now and research tells us that the average time spent is 1.7 minutes per page. We realize that our page can be even more fun and "adhesive" so that we can attract them to stay longer on our page and explore what’s new and next," shared Cary Gray, general manager of W Taipei, " therefore, we created this auction tab with great deals on the room packages and other exciting products of W Taipei for our Facebook fans exclusively. W Taipei made it more interactive on the facebook by creating a fictional character Miss W earlier and had her to communicate with the fans. People can not only find the latest updates on W Taipei and other W Hotels, do rooms-, restaurants- and spa reservations, information on W iPhone application, but to interact with Miss W, ask for cocktail recommendations, travel tips or other questions regard to the hotel.
