An exciting new venue for conferences, dining, and corporate entertaining is now shining in London. The Goldsmiths’ Centre is a new purpose-built venue created from a restored Grade II listed Victorian Board School building, and containing contemporary materials such as York Stone and brass.

No.11 Cavendish Square completes £250,000 Garden Room refurbishment

No.11 Cavendish Square has just completed a £250,000 refurbishment on the former Friend’s Lounge, which has now been transformed into the exquisite Garden Room. The design of the Garden Room takes inspiration from both the Georgian and contemporary style of the venue. 18th Century imitation textured wallpaper, entitled ‘Adam’s Eden,’ lines the walls of the room, while modern chandeliers imported from Italy are suspended from the high ceiling. The old flooring has been taken up and replaced by new carpeting.

Russian inbound tourism a disaster, WTM Vision Conference - Moscow delegates heard

The Russian inbound tourism industry has been slammed as a “disaster”, during a lively panel debate at the inaugural WTM Vision Conference – Moscow.
KMP Group President Vladimir Kantorowich labelled the inbound Russian industry as the “Cinderella of the Russian tourism industry” claiming the “government has done nothing to develop it”, at WTM Vision Conference – Moscow, which took place at the Moscow Marriot Grand Hotel.

Emap hosts retail jewellery awards shortlist party at No.11 Cavendish Square  

On the 4th April, Emap hosted its annual Retail Jeweller UK Jewellery Awards shortlist party at West End venue No.11 Cavendish Square. The finalists for the 2012 awards were revealed at the exclusive bash which saw over 100 representatives from prominent jewellery brands in attendance. Guests arrived via No.11’s exclusive entrance and enjoyed a drinks reception in the Orangery and adjacent courtyard garden.
