Annual incentive travel industry event features 30+ hours of education

SITE Global Conference, 5-7 November, in Panama features educational and experiential learning opportunities for incentive travel professionals at every stage of their careers. The agenda includes over 30 hours of education pre-approved for CMP credits, three certificate programs, a sales workshop and more than 25 captivating pre- and post- tours of Panama and the region.

Featured keynote speaker, Dr. Jonathan Fader, the Performance Psychologist for the New York Mets baseball team and author of Life as Sport, will join SITE in Panama to present, "Life as Sport: A Mindful Approach to Greater Performance and Gratitude in Every Field."

Dr. Fader works with professional athletes, teams and elite business leaders to achieve focus, gain control and stay motivated and mindful using proven sport and performance psychology techniques. His presentation adds to a diverse line-up of top thought leaders from across the world that will convene at the Westin Playa Bonita in Panama City, Panama.

The education sessions, some presented in Spanish, will provide valuable knowledge on how to design, manage and sell incentive travel experiences that produce measurable business results, all while building valuable business relationships, learning best practices and discovering first-hand Panama’s potential as an emerging incentive destination.

Certificate Programs and a Sales Workshop will be offered during the conference for any attendees that would like to delve deeper into a specific topic and further grow their careers. These programs include the SITE Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC), Meetings & Events at Sea Certificate Program and "Smart Prospecting to Grow Your Sales Workshop."

Attendees will also discover first-hand the region’s incentive travel potential through Deep Dive workshops and more than 25 carefully selected tours, including extended tours to Costa Rica and Colombia.
