Lift off in Brighton with British Airways i360

British Airways i360, Brighton
Take a voyage to the skies and see Brighton as you have never seen it before. Glide up slowly to 162 metres high to enjoy breath-taking 360 degree views of up to 26 miles from the world’s first vertical cable car, conceived and designed by the London Eye architects, Marks Barfield.

Dine, celebrate, explore or play in the British Airways i360's beach building incorporating a brasserie; heritage tea rooms; hospitality rooms; an exhibition and shop. Brighton has amazing panoramas that have yet to be discovered: miles and miles of bright blue sea; the tiny labyrinthine streets of the Lanes; the grand Regency architecture; the dramatic chalk cliffs; the wild expanses of the South Downs National Park and the UNESCO World Biosphere.

BA i360 has a fully enclosed aerodynamically shaped futuristic glass viewing pod with room for up to 200 visitors to move around in, admiring the views from different angles, as it slowly glides up to 162 metres.

During the evening, BA i360 will transform into the Sky Bar, the most unique bar in the UK. Enjoy a glass of bubbly while taking in the stunning night-time views.

Visitors receive a state of the art hand-held multi-media tablet (included free of charge with a daytime ticket). A host will welcome visitors, point out sights and answer your questions. At the end of the ride, visitors will descend to the beach building on the lower promenade where they can dine; purchase a souvenir or photo and explore the exhibition. Visitors can combine a visit to the BA i360 with a stroll along the seafront; visit to Brighton Pier; shopping in the newly opened West Pier boutique shops next to the BA i360 or at the famous Lanes; or a visit to the splendid Regency Royal Pavilion.
