Embers Camping is launching a new corporate events service.Following a successful pilot event in 2015, the Embers campsite in the stunning grounds of the Bentley Estate in East Sussex will be open to bookings from corporations looking to host a memorable event in this spectacular location.
Located on border of the South Downs National Park in East Sussex, Embers Bentley is easily accessible from London and provides the opportunity to host a corporate event with a twist.
Murray McPherson, founder of Embers Camping, explains why he has introduced this service: “Over the past two years, we’ve had lots of interest from businesses looking to introduce the magic of the Embers’ experience to their employees as part of a corporate event.
“Guests know that Embers can provide a fun, activity-filled experience in the great outdoors, bringing a personalised feel to a traditional camping outing.
“This is precisely what we can now offer to businesses. Forget sitting around in an uninspiring boardroom or conferencing centre - there’s nothing like fresh air and a beautiful estate to inspire your employees.
“We’ve listened to what businesses want and have created an offering which delivers a bespoke corporate event that stands out from the crowd.”
Embers Camping already has experience working with a number of companies, such as Nationwide, and can tailor the scope and scale of events to meet each company’s needs and objectives. Whether it’s classic camping you’re after or a luxurious glamping experience – Embers can cater for any preference.
The corporate events service provided by Embers can include a wide range of activities designed to make team-building a little challenging and a lot of fun. From pitching their own bell tents, to team treasure hunts and even survival exercises, these tasks encourage mutual trust and cooperation and ensure that all participants get stuck in right away.
The Embers team can also organise a ‘mini festival’ over the course of an evening, complete with a luxury barbeque, open fires, a fully stocked bar and music to suit each group. As the evening draws on, participants have the chance to relax and catch up over a few drinks, whilst sampling an array of locally sourced meats, fish and vegetables.
To ensure maximum comfort the Embers Bentley campsite has recently introduced luxury bathroom facilities – so even those who aren’t used to the camping lifestyle should feel right at home!
Prices per person start from £199 for a one night stay, including accommodation, all food and drinks, team building exercises and all management fees. Please note that prices may vary depending on the number of participants and any specific requirements.
