Only a short drive from the celebrated Heritage Coast and a two hour train journey from London, it is easily accessible and the ultimate venue for small, high level team meetings, corporate away-days and team-building days.
Wilderness Reserve offers accommodation for up to 80 people across various properties on the Sibton Park Estate. Sibton Park itself, the largest property in the collection, is a country house offering accommodation for up to 24 people in 12 spacious bedrooms with 11 luxurious en-suite bathrooms (two of the en-suites are ‘Jack & Jill’ bathrooms) featuring under floor heating, roll-top baths and endless piping hot water.
The house, built in 1827, has a gym, screening room, games room and a wine cellar as well as a wide range of reception spaces including a morning room, drawing room, dining room, study and large country kitchen. In Spring 2017, the property’s original Orangery will be re-instated, offering an additional 1200 sq ft venue with capacity for dinners up to 120 guests, 150 theatre style and 75 cabaret seating. It will also be capable of accommodating a vehicle.
Beyond this grand Georgian house and nestled within its Arcadian pleasure grounds is a rural hamlet of other well-appointed properties:

Two new properties on the estate will launch in summer 2016; The Walled Garden (8 bedrooms / 8 bathrooms) and Garden Cottage (2 or 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms). A short drive away, there are three further properties; Moat Cottage, The Gate Lodges and Hex Cottage.
Wilderness Reserve provides a range of facilities to support corporate events or parties with event managers who can tailor every detail. The estate includes all necessary corporate training facilities including projectors, presentation screens, breakout spaces, sit-down dining, in-house staffing and a party space.
Wilderness Reserve also offers team building and outdoor activities including archery, clay-pigeon and game shoots, tennis and early morning bird-id walks. There is also an award-winning naturally-filtered pool and hot tub designed by the celebrated landscape architect Kim Wilkie in the pleasure grounds beyond the main house.
