Stuart Gavin, Sales and Marketing Manager at 30 Euston Square, comments: “As a venue it is important for us to provide clients with the latest audio visual equipment. Our investment in AV will allow us to meet all client requirements, from the simplest to the more complex presentations.
Working with Metro Broadcast we continually keep our AV capabilities up to, which in turn will allows us to meet our clients’ ever increasing demands. The technology we have installed has already been put to the test by a number of events, and it is also helping us secure future bookings and new business.”
The State Rooms, located on the fifth floor of 30 Euston Square, not only offer expansive views over London but now also provide the latest video and audio technology.
Cheapflights booked 30 Euston Square for its first all-company conference last month, and AV was a major consideration when choosing the venue. Phil Bloomfield, Global Head of Communications & PR at Cheapflights, comments: “We couldn’t fault 30 Euston Square. From the initial contact, through all of the various planning stages and the delivery of the event itself, the staff were extremely helpful and the facilities superb. As a digital business, it was vital that the AV presentation in particular was smooth and I’m pleased to say it went off without a hitch – our presentation looked and sounded pin-sharp from all four corners of the room. In our follow-up survey among attendees, over 97% of respondents rated 30 Euston Square as Excellent or Good – so with that kind of approval, we had no choice but to rebook for next year.”
New technology includes:

The Stephenson Room with adjoining Terrace offers the latest Panasonic LCD projector with WUXGA resolution for full HD viewing from PC based and video based material and the audio system includes a variety of digital wireless microphones. The room also has a pre-programmed Touchscreen control for ease of operation.
