Alton Towers Resort receives Highly Commended accreditation from BDRC Continental for VenueVerdict response scores

Alton Towers Resort has announced that the resort received a ‘Highly Commended’ accreditation by BDRC Continental for its VenueVerdict response scores from January to December 2015. 
VenueVerdict provides the only venue accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience. The VenueVerdict 2015 programme featured around 375 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland with the top venues and hotels being recognised with Gold Standard, Highly Commended and Commended accreditations. Venues that consistently provide an excellent customer experience achieve the true hallmarks of quality, the “VenueVerdict Gold Standard” or “Commended by VenueVerdict”.

The Highly Commended accreditation was given to venues that have either registered scores of over 60 for Net Promoter Score, or reached the Gold Standard score, but did not meet the requirement of 10 responses in each quarter. Each venue must also have reached 40 business event host responses in a 12 month period, and have at least one response per calendar quarter.

Alton Towers Resort in Staffordshire is home to a theme park, two themed on-site hotels an Enchanted Village with Treehouses and Woodland Lodges, a high ropes course, an extraordinary golf course, an indoor waterpark, a spa and conference centre. The resort offers a range of benefits and incentives for corporate bookings from company fun days and team building packages to exclusive ride hire and day delegate rates and has hosted a range of corporate clients including Costa Coffee, Hermes and the British Royal Legion.
