Lime Venue Portfolio launch Meetings Mean Business campaign

Lime Venue Portfolio (LVP) has launched its first impact campaign for 2016 - ‘Meetings Mean Business’. The initiative will run from January to March 16 and champion the importance of conferences and large meetings as a stimulus to help businesses grow.

The campaign will include direct mail, social media and a guide for event planners that encourages them to make the most of their company conference. The guide will include top hints and tips, as well as advice from senior event professionals, which organisers can use to make sure their event sets the tone for a productive year for their company.

The campaign will be supported by a series of venue showcase events from some of the key venues within the portfolio, including Dartmouth House, Kia Oval and Royal Berkshire Conference Centre. There will also be individual promotions and offers, specifically for conferences and meetings in venues across the group.

“January to March is conference quarter for us and we’re seeing an increase in company meetings coming to unusual venues like ours,” commented Jo Austin, Sales Director, Lime Venue Portfolio. “We believe that a conference that chooses an unusual venue is making a statement already, and that the organiser is looking to set a positive and distinctive tone from the outset. We’re using Meetings Mean Business as a way to reward and incentivise this approach.”

As part of the campaign, LVP will be sharing advice on how to create the very best company conference. Austin continues, “We’re not just seeing stunning conference events coming to our venues, we’re watching them create amazing experiences for their guests. Organisers are creating events that bring their company values and ethics to life. It’s impossible to see how their delegates couldn’t be inspired by what is on show.”

Organisers looking at their company conference will also find a range of offers and incentives across the Lime Venue Portfolio. Meetings Mean Business is the first of three impact campaigns created by Lime Venue Portfolio to deliver increased energy and activity around its venues.
