Dine amongst wildlife at Bristol Zoo

Dining amongst wildlife at Bristol Zoo
Bristol Zoo has launched ‘The Lodge’, a new luxury accommodation offering guests the opportunity to dine amongst the wildlife, when everyone else has gone home. Along with staying in a secluded luxury lodge, guests will be served an al fresco breakfast with a view of the Zoo’s gorillas.

With a private chef on hand, guests will enjoy a four course dining experience on a private balcony overlooking the Zoo.

The menus at The Lodge feature dishes such as: salt baked sustainable cod loin with lemon, pine nuts and sultanas; rump of 25 day dry aged beef with chestnut and beef shin ragu and; roasted figs with pomegranate molasses and orange zest.

Located behind the Zoo’s Zona Brazil exhibit, The Lodge can accommodate up to four adults and two children. Bookings are now being taken, with prices starting at £550 for six people.

Catering at Bristol Zoo is provided by Levy Restaurants UK, Compass Group UK & Ireland’s sport, leisure and hospitality division.
