NYC & Company, New York City’s official marketing, tourism and partnership organisation, today kicks off its largest ever pan-European MICE road show, visiting the leading business cities of Manchester, London, Paris and Brussels. From 28th September to 2nd October 2015, members of the Convention Development team at NYC & Company will showcase New York City’s offerings as a MICE destination to influential European buyers, highlighting the City’s world-class event venues, meeting spaces and incentive activities.

“New York City welcomed 6.1 million meeting and convention delegates in 2014, up from 5.9 million the previous year,” commented Jerry Cito, Senior Vice President of Convention Development at NYC & Company. “We are expecting to keep the same positive pace for 2015 and on track to welcome 6.3 million delegate visitors to the City’s five boroughs. The MICE sector is a vital contributor to New York City’s tourism economy and continuing the growth out of key European markets is a top priority for us.”
