UK’s largest digital festival opens its doors for the fifth consecutive yearBrighton Digital Festival, the UK’s largest celebration of digital arts and culture opens for its fifth consecutive year on Tuesday 1 September and runs throughout the entire month.
With more than 180 events taking place in venues across the city, the festival promises to be the biggest and best yet. Over 100 of the confirmed events are free to attend offering something for everyone, from families and art lovers to makers and programming geeks.
A collection of the country’s leading digitally focused conferences feature throughout the festival including dConstruct, The Long Progress Bar, Reasons to be Creative, Dots, Let’s Get Real and Brighton SEO.
This year’s full programme is made up of a diverse range of events. The festival’s opening week includes new art exhibitions, celebrity presented screenings, digital meet-ups, hackathons, dance instillations, live music and much more.
The festival reflects Brighton’s unique culture, strong community spirit and thriving digital industry, bringing together companies, professional digital workers, designers and artists.
