Tobacco Dock launches Tobacco Dock Food

Tobacco Dock has announced the launch of Tobacco Dock Food providing in-house catering ranging from street food to fine dining from it’s new state of the art kitchens. Building on Tobacco Dock’s excellent food credentials, Tobacco Dock Food will enable the venue to offer the very best catering provision in the London marketplace, leading the way in conference, award, event and corporate dining.   

After a competitive tender process, Tobacco Dock Food has been developed through an exclusive partnership between Tobacco Dock and bespoke caterers, Tapenade. This exciting partnership brings a wide range of industry experience and understanding of what clients demand from an end-to-end events and catering offer.  

Alex Campbell, who was headhunted from the Royal Society of Arts and was previously Sales & Marketing Director at Dish, will lead the Tobacco Dock Food team. Joining Alex will be Harriet Powley, as Operations Manager. The Executive Chef and other key appointments will be confirmed shortly.  

Known internationally for their unparalleled pedigree in terms of food credentials, Tobacco Dock has had some of the country’s most famous chefs and restaurants serving dishes in the venue, including Monica Galetti, Tom Kitchin, José Pizarro and Dan Doherty and has even hosted Noma’s only pop-up in the UK.
