Enjoy ‘High Tea’ 80m Above London at the UK’s tallest sculpture

ArcelorMittal Orbit and afternoon high tea
The ArcelorMittal Orbit, the UK’s tallest sculpture, is inviting visitors to enjoy ‘High Tea’ 80m above the London skyline. On three Sundays - 11 October, 22 November and 13 December, visitors will be able toast the impressive views with delicious tea-time treats and a glass of Champagne.

High Tea will feature a tempting selection of delicate finger sandwiches with traditional English fillings as well as freshly baked buttery scones with plenty of clotted cream and strawberry jam. These will be closely followed by a collection of irresistible cakes and pastries including an indulgent chocolate brownie, a soft Bakewell tart and a moreish fruit tart, all washed down with a refreshing cup or two of tea.

Visitors can arrive early to catch the view at every angle, spotting some of London’s most iconic buildings including St Paul’s Cathedral, the O2, Canary Wharf, The Shard and Alexandra Palace, as well as the world-famous sporting venues of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, before settling down for tea on the highest platform of the UK’s tallest sculpture.

High Tea at the ArcelorMittal Orbit is £30 for adults and £19.50 per children. A glass of Champagne can be added for £5. Tables are available to book on 11 October at 12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm and 4.30pm and on 22 November and 13 December at 12.30pm, 2pm and 3.30pm. Tables can be booked by calling direct and are available for up to 10 people. All reservations must be made by the Wednesday before the date.
