2015 conference was the network’s first event outside of the USA

International relations amongst global boutique PR agencies are stronger than ever following the eighth annual PR Boutiques International (PRBI) conference, held in London from 03 – 07 June.
Hosted for the first time on European soil, the four-day event was curated by Midnight Communications, the UK representative member of PRBI.

With attendees from across the globe, the conference delivered a packed agenda with networking and social activities, alongside a detailed speaker schedule.

Guest speakers were the highlight of the conference. The leading authority on mergers and acquisitions in the PR industry, Mark Madsen, provided a fresh insight into business ownership and provoked a lively debate, while Arun Sudhaman of The Holmes Report shared a very positive vision for the future of the PR industry.

Just as crucial were the networking events, including a private afternoon tea at the House of Lords, tour of BBC Broadcasting House and a Thames river cruise.

PRBI member Julia Labaton, of Red PR in New York, commented: “The Midnight Team rocked it out of Hyde Park! Highlights for me were the facilitator and speaker sessions that really helped us integrate and get to know one another in a productive way – as well as the private House of Lords tea and tour. I’m proud to be a part of this organization and looking forward to next year’s conference.”

Caraline Brown, MD of Midnight Communications added: “It was an honour to host the first PRBI conference outside of the USA in London – and I am proud that the Midnight team did our capital city justice! The feedback from our fellow members has suggested that this was one of the most enjoyable conferences to date, which, having experienced some fantastic previous events, is high praise indeed.”
