Crystal caters for Rugby fans

The Crystal, at the Royal Victoria Docks exterior
One of London’s landmark buildings will be giving rugby fans the chance to enjoy first-class hospitality throughout the Rugby World Cup.
The Crystal, at the Royal Victoria Docks, will be running a number of screening packages to coincide with this year’s competition, which takes place between September 19 and October 31.

The venue, which is one of the world’s most sustainable buildings, will be screening the matches in its state-of-the-art cinema for groups of between 20 and 270 people.

As part of the screenings the venue is offering three packages, which includes one match screening, drinks and a variety of hot and cold food options.

The Bronze package, priced at £19.99 +VAT per person, includes four drinks tokens and a selection of bar snacks, with the Silver package, priced at £55 +VAT per person, including six drinks tokens and pre-match sliders and chips.

Drink tokens are included in the packages and can be redeemed on beer, house wine and soft drinks. The Gold package, priced at £75+VAT per person, allows parties to choose between a private or shared screening along with a three course dinner and unlimited drinks before and throughout the match. “The Rugby World Cup is an incredibly popular event and we are delighted to be able to offer these exclusive viewing packages,” said Nina Green, sales manager at the Crystal.

“We host a number of successful events throughout the year, and are looking forward to creating a match day atmosphere for rugby fans."

The Crystal, which is part of Siemens’ Sustainable Cities Initiative, is one of the world’s most sustainable buildings, with state-of-the-art systems designed to save water, power and energy.
