The north of England’s leading conference and events venue has seen nearly a third more corporate business than at the end of the last financial year.
A number of big names, including B&Q, Hilti and Civica, continue to choose the venue and Manchester Central’s corporate visitors have doubled over the last 12 months.
The growth follows investment in the team and an intense focus on corporate clients that involved developing a robust agent engagement programme.
Angie Robinson, Chief Executive of Manchester Central, said: “We’re always looking to better ourselves and Manchester Central prides itself on its flexibility to suit any client or event.
“We continue to listen to our clients and ensure their events surpass expectations; and the feedback we’ve had has been wonderful.”
Sarah Lawrence, B&Q Business Events Expert, said: “The team at Manchester Central couldn’t have been more supportive and informative. The venue was able to tailor its facilities to the specific needs of B&Q, including a complex build that needed to be completed in just one day.
“Delegate feedback has been extremely positive and I would definitely recommend Manchester Central to anyone currently looking to host an event there.”
