Amex Stadium goes Platinum

Conference organisers looking for a state-of-the-art venue can take advantage of a winter booking offer at Brighton’s Amex Stadium.
The venue – home to Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club - has some of the most modern and versatile facilities in the region and is offering a special discount on a trio of packages for day delegates.


The Platinum, Gold and Silver packages have been specifically designed to cater for corporate clients looking for a stylish and contemporary venue and businesses which book before 31 March can enjoy a £5 discount on their daily delegate rate.  

Each package offers unlimited Wi-Fi access, an LCD projector and screen and the hire of a purpose-built function lounge with views of either the pitch or the neighbouring South Downs along with three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day.  

In addition, the Platinum and Gold deals include stationery and a hot and cold buffet provided by chefs from Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events, which manages conferences and events at the stadium.  

Sodexo has also incorporated a range of break time treats for Platinum and Gold delegates, including home-made BHAFC cupcakes, hot chocolate and home-baked cookies, a tuck shop, mini Ben & Jerry’s ice cream pots and doughnuts with dipping sauce.    

The Platinum package also offers the use of a complimentary syndicate room, which can be used for ancillary meetings or as a break out space, while the Silver package offers a traditional sandwich lunch.

Not only does the American Express Community Stadium boast its own, on-site, main line railway station, linking it to the heart of London, but it also offers complimentary on-site parking.

Along with its 10 main conference and event suites, which can cater from two to 500 people, the stadium has 21 executive boxes seating up to 10 guests with uninterrupted views of the pitch.

The daily delegate rates are normally £55 per person for the Platinum package, £45 for the Gold and £35 for the Silver, all excluding VAT.
