Tom Kerridge, acclaimed chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred pub Hand & Flowers, along with newly-launched The Coach, is to headline on the opening day of PUB15, a new trade show dedicated to the UK pub industry. Taking place at Olympia on 18th and 19th February 2015, the free-to-attend show aims to provide the modern day publican and pub entrepreneur with access to the leading lights within the sector, key exhibitors, trend setters and industry peers.
