The venue starred in The Apprentice TV seriesThe Bloomsbury Ballroom in central London has joined the RAM Org Ltd portfolio of unique venues, DMCs and destinations.
The venue was constructed in the 1920s and the brief was to create a neo-classical landmark oozing style and character.
‘Even now’, according to John Kelly of the Ram Org, ‘no one can fail to be impressed. It has the wow factor from the moment you arrive outside the matchless façade and this continues as you’re ushered in to the striking Crush bar, though this is but an amuse-bouche, before the grand reveal into the Ballroom itself, a veritable Deco delight. Think flappers, cocktails, Great Gatsby, the Charleston and you’ll picture the mood. It was cool then, and it’s still very cool today’.
He goes on to say it is very special as a venue. It is situated in the heart of London with unrivalled ease of access for clients whether they’re coming by public transport, on foot or even Formula 1 car (they’ve had one there).
Jason Scott of the Bloomsbury Ballroom comments that he is proud to be a member of the Ram Org’s Unique Venue Portfolio. ‘It will help to secure the Ballroom’s status as the most versatile and most opulent art deco event space in the heart of London.’
