Guests and members of the MIA were advised by Simon Cope, Director of Generation for Growth and Tina Harris representing Stellar Learning, on how to improve their sales strategy, brand and venue propositions for 2015.
Using their expertise they involved delegates in an interactive workshop which included the keys of influence and persuasion.
Guests gathered in the Snow Room for a networking session before being presented with the six keys of influence.
