The college increased its overall score to an impressive 80% and was commended for the quality of the newly refurbished guest bedrooms, the immaculately maintained public spaces and the extensive grounds and gardens. The report also highlighted the excellent levels of customer care and commitment shown by college staff.
The award follows a successful year for Robinson College, which has picked up accolades for its environmental policy, as well achieving recognition as one of the best academic venues in the UK.
< Nick Milne, conference and catering manager, says: “We are absolutely thrilled to have not only retained the four star campus rating but to have increased our score as well. As a college we are committed to investing in our facilities to make sure that we are always improving and keeping up to date with what our customers need.”
