The Centre’s Lindhurst Rooms is a unique space, which can be hired either in its entirety for large scale events, such as Annual General Meetings and conferences, or divided to accommodate smaller meetings, receptions and breakout groups.
Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events, which manages conferences and events at the Lindhurst Rooms, has unveiled full and half day delegate packages as well as a bespoke service designed to cater for specific requirements.
Both packages include room hire, stationary, a projector screen, bottled water, soft drinks and tea, coffee and biscuits, with organisers also able to choose from a range of hot and cold buffets as well as a healthy option buffet menu.
Alternatively, event organisers can choose to build their own, off-plan, event package by adapting the space to suit their needs and working with the events team to arrange special menus and the hire of specialist audio visual equipment.
The Lindhurst Rooms, which can hold up to 450 guests, has a private bar and sizeable dance floor and is fully wheelchair accessible, while the Civic Centre itself provides free parking for up to 100 vehicles.
The full day delegate rate is £27.50, the half day rate is £23 and the venue hire rate is £100 per hour for the full room, £80 per hour for half the room and £50 per hour for a quarter of the space. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
