The newly re-branded boutique ski agency – Summit Retreats gets set for a busy 2014/2015 ski season

The newly re-branded Summit Retreats is getting ready for what is already being predicted as a very busy 2014/2015 ski season. With sales up by 55% on last year, Summit Retreats, which is entering its third year in business, has just launched their new website. The company prides itself on quality over quantity and with over 210 carefully handpicked chalets and a further 50 being added this year, including the new and exclusive Chalet Mont Blanc in Megeve, Summit Retreats is helping to define the bespoke luxury ski market.

The website has been designed with the guest in mind and in late October, ‘experience tabs’ will be unveiled on the site to make it quicker and easier for guests to pinpoint their ideal chalet based on what comprises their perfect ski holiday. Whether guests are driven by price, resort or a particular level of service, Summit Retreats pride themselves on offering something for everyone. In addition, guests will soon be able to use the  new ‘experience tabs’ to choose from chalets that offer alternative activities to skiing, such as wood chopping classes, to gourmet chalets, ‘back to basic’ chalets, ultimate party chalets and cosy couples retreats in the forests.

With over 20 years skiing experience behind him and many years in the ski travel industry, Robin Quarrelle, CEO and founder of Summit Retreats, has formed strong relationships with resort tourist boards and chalet owners across the Alps. As a result, these contacts have afforded Robin his enviable portfolio of carefully handpicked chalets and this season he will be one of only a few agencies working with three brand new chalets:
• Chalet Mont Blanc, Megeve – Opening in late 2014, this will be the ultimate in luxury with its own helipad
• Chalet Quezac, Tignes – Owned by free skier Guerlain Chicherit, this chalet will be one of the Alp’s most quirky, ‘out there’ chalets
• Chalet M, Morzine – Newly opened luxury chalet whose focus is on first class service and fantastic value for money

To ensure they create the very best bespoke ski holidays, Summit Retreats offer guests a personal concierge service with a mantra of ‘nothing is too much’. Summit Retreats can arrange everything from ski hire and ski passes delivered straight to your chalet, heli-skiing and mountain picnics, to arranging children’s essentials in the chalet before families arrive and bookings at any restaurants in the resorts.

Robin comments “following a very successful two seasons in business, the team and I at Summit Retreats are very much looking forward to what’s to come in our third year. The new website really portrays our ethos, to create the perfect ski holiday for every member of the group. Whether you are a hard core skier, a fair weather skier, simply looking to relax and unwind in the mountains or you prefer the après ski life, the team and I can pinpoint the exact chalet to suit your needs, we offer everything from the traditional chocolate box chalet with ski in ski out facilities, to the chic, contemporary standalone chalets, the designer apartments and back to basic traditional chalets in the valley.”

The Summit Retreats portfolio consists of luxury chalets in France, Switzerland and Austria and Robin has handpicked the below chalets which are ideal for:
