Unique Venues of London celebrate 21 years in business

Unique Venues of London celebrating 21 years
Last night Unique Venues of London, the representative body of the capital’s unique venues, celebrated 21 years in business with a sparkling reception at the Royal Academy of Arts.
The event brought together Unique Venues of London members, suppliers and clients from some of London’s highest profile businesses for an evening of fun, food and entertainment. The evening also marked the launch of the association’s new website and a complete brand refresh..

Highlights from the event included a sumptuous ceviche bar on ice and tantalising bespoke cocktails, enjoyed as guests took in exhibits from The Royal Academy’s Summer Exhibition and accompanied by music from five-piece acoustic band Wandering Hands. The evening culminated with a surprise performance by renowned cabaret singer Le Gateau Chocolat, who gave a bravura performance to a wowed audience.

Commenting on the significance of reaching 21 years, Moya Maxwell, chairwoman of Unique Venues of London said: “This evening was as much a celebration of our individual members as it was for Unique Venues of London as a whole, reinforcing our founding premise to champion the use of the capital’s very best venues. 21 years on our proposition remains the same and to further mark this milestone anniversary, building on our previous achievements, we have refreshed our brand identity and launched a new website. This move looks-forward to the next 21 years and demonstrates our readiness to embrace new technology and our ability to harness developing trends in the events market.”
