Installer will make its debut nationally in Coventry after confirming a three-year contract with the first event to be staged between May 12-14 next year in the Jaguar Exhibition Hall.
Organised by Installer Magazine in association with LiveBuzz Events, Installer2015 will focus on the core interests of the industry, offering a hands-on approach to installers with a selection of new products on show.
Installer2015 is an industry-backed initiative, with key industry players including Plumb and Parts Center, Worcester, Bosch Group, Adey and Baxi already pledging their support.
Installer managing director Eoin McManus is pleased with the support already shown for the event and he is looking forward to seeing it grow over its three-year stay at the Ricoh Arena.
“We are prepared to commit the Installer brand and its resources to delivering a plumbing and heating exhibition that’s fit-for-purpose, delivers a unique visitor experience, and has the backing of the industry to ensure it can grow year-on-year into the world-class event UK installers deserve,” Eoin said.
“We are committed to forging powerful collaborative ties with our exhibitor partners. We welcome their support, but more importantly we welcome the tangible contribution they will make in shaping the content of this exciting inter-active event.
“From an exhibitor perspective this isn’t simply a case of signing the contract and show up on the day.
“We want to see a hands-on interactive element on every stand and we’re prepared to work with our exhibitors – large and small – to develop the kind of stand content that installers want to see and get to grips with.”
Chris Owen, senior events manager at the Ricoh Arena said Installer2015 would be a different event to that previously been held in the plumbing and heating sector.
He said: “We are really pleased to be playing our part in helping to launch an exciting new event.
“Heating and plumbing are obviously two massive parts of daily life and a core business nationally.
“We are delighted to have secured Installer for the next three years and to ensure this is a flagship event for the industry.”
