New dining options for delegates at Butlins this summer

Butlins’ invests over £5 million in venues across three resortse

Butlins Events have this month added two new dining experiences to their delegate offering, with the opening of two on-resort restaurants – The Diner at Bognor Regis and Firehouse at Skegness. The openings form part of a multimillion investment across the brand’s three coastal resorts this year, with both dining experiences now available for exclusive delegate hire.

The delegate menu at Butlins’ Bognor Regis resort has expanded into American territory with The Diner, the resort’s newest culinary venture. A modern take on the fabulous diners of the fifties, the restaurant will offer up delicious gourmet burgers, fries, hot dogs and ice-cream sundaes, as well as Butlins’ smallest pudding - the egg cup profiterole.  Whilst delivering the nostalgic appeal of the 1950s, the bright and relaxing environment will provide an ideal setting for a laid back lunch in between a day of meetings, or a quick stop off at the shake bar.  

Delegates at Skegness will have a piece of the foodie action too, with the opening of Firehouse, following its fantastic success at Butlins’ Minehead resort. The contemporary restaurant offers delegates delicious grilled-to-order chicken, as well as ribs, prawns and halloumi, and frozen yoghurt dispensed straight from the milk churns.   

The two new dining experiences further expand Butlins Events’ offering of exclusive hire, adding to the new option to “take over” each of the three resorts, as well as exclusive delegate use of celebrity chef Brian Turner’s restaurant at Bognor Regis, the traditional Fairground, and Splash Waterworld.
