Manchester plays host to the Nerf UK and Ireland Freestyle Football Championships 2014

Manchester Printworks will be full of football tricks, dance and music on Saturday 3rd May 2014 from 1pm – 5pm, as the Freestyle Football Federation look to crown the number one freestyle football athlete in the UK and Ireland just before the FIFA World Cup kicks off in Brazil.

The event is completely free to attend and is sponsored by the popular toy brand Nerf. It will bring together a range of urban entertainment in between the high energy battles, in which two athletes at a time, go head to head over 3 minutes to outperform one another and impress the judges.

As well as prize money, the top prize for the highest ranked UK freestyler after the event will be a trip to Brazil to represent the UK in the world Red Bull Street Style competition later this year.

There will be prizes to be won for everyone watching as well as the chance to learn some impressive skills for yourself.
