Brighton Dome launches enterprise class WIFI 

All five venues will offer the capability for 10,000 concurrent users

Brighton Dome, one of the most versatile and stylish venues in the South, has launched enterprise class WIFI across all of its five spaces. 
The technology available at the Brighton Dome is now equipped to handle up to 10,000 concurrent users, ideal for Brighton’s Digital Festival returning in September.

A free shared wireless internet service is currently available to all visitors to the venue, with coverage in all spaces offering a bandwidth of up to 20mbps. Events that require faster internet connectivity can now upgrade with tailored packages offering sole use access to the wireless system and providing up and download speeds of up to 100mbps.  

In a city hotly tipped as a ‘digital hub’, the demand for cutting-edge digital services is ever increasing. Events being booked at Brighton Dome echo this demand with an Adobe Photoshop training session for 500 guests scheduled for July as well as the Brighton Digital Festival in September.  

Brighton Dome will once again host Brighton’s Digital Festival as a hub venue, providing the space for a wide range of conferences designed for digital industry experts. The Digital Premier 100 (sole use) package with 100mbps of dedicated bandwidth ensures these conferences operate with a high end enterprise class wireless service. This service allows hundreds and sometimes thousands of delegates to connect to the web via mobile devices and laptops across all the venues simultaneously.  

Brighton Dome provides an impressive and flexible setting for any conference, exhibition or event. The venues can comfortably accommodate between 50 to 1700 delegates offering first-class front of house facilities combined with elegant architectural features.
