Unveiled as the latest offering from Service+, the Cambridge College’s award-winning portfolio of complementary services, Media+ has been designed to provide event planners with a variety of methods to raise awareness of their event and encourage conversations between delegates and organisers.
Features of the package include PR and promotional support leading up to the day; a tailored social media strategy; and a post-event evaluation report, including cost-analysis and ROI. Organisers will also have the option to include large screen Twitter feeds in conference, dining and public spaces to encourage live tweeting during the event.
Each product within the Service+ portfolio has been designed to enhance and improve the experience for organisers and delegates alike and can be tailored around specific requirements. Other packages include Delegate+, an electronic tool to help manage delegates’ bookings from invitation through to the day of the event, and Tech+, which provides organisers with technical support and gives attendees up to 300 mbps of Wi-Fi connectivity.
“It is important for us to offer our clients services that they can really benefit from”, says conference and catering manager Nick Milne, “Organisers are always looking at ways to get people talking about their events, so we have developed Media+ to create opportunities for our customers to engage with their attendees using the latest media tools available.”
He continues, “Since the launch of Service+ in 2012, we have had some excellent feedback from event bookers and delegates who state that their experience has been enhanced due to the additional support provided. We are always striving to improve our offering and look forward to adding more services to the portfolio within the next year.”
