The automotive industry prepares to gather at the 2015 edition of MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID

The Spanish edition of the World's Leading Trade Fair for the Automotive Industry takes place under the Automechanika banner, a global model for success, and is backed by the entire automotive parts, equipment and services sector.

IFEMA is working on the next edition of MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID, the Spanish edition of the World's Leading Trade Fair for the Automotive Industry, catering for trade visitors from Spain and Portugal, Latin America and North Africa. The event will take place from 11 to 14 March 2015 at FERIA DE MADRID, licensed by MESSE FRANKFURT.  

This gathering will take place under the AUTOMECHANIKA banner, a global model for success, having been licenced in 2011 by MESSE FRANKFURT, which appreciated the strength of the Spanish  automotive parts, equipment and services industry, the second largest in Europe after Germany's.  

MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID has consistently responded to the potential of the sector it represents and its capacity for competition and innovation and the event's importance is reflected in the figures for the 2013 edition, which featured 469 exhibiting companies (up 10% on 2011), had a net exhibition space of  24,527 m2 (+5%) and attracted 41,149 trade visitors (+3%).  

The event will again enjoy the  backing of the leading automotive sector business associations in Spain and Portugal: The National Association of Automotive Equipment, Parts, Tyre and Accessory Dealers, ANCERA; the Portuguese Association of Automotive Trading and Repair Companies, ANECRA; the Madrid Car Repair Workshop Association, ASETRA; the Spanish Confederation of Automotive Repair Professionals , CETRAA; The Spanish Federation of Automotive  Professionals, CONEPA;  and the Spanish Association of Automotive Equipment and Component Manufacturers, SERNAUTO.  

The event also has the support of international associations including the German Federal Association of Manufacturers and Importers of Automobile Service Equipment, ASA, and the German Federation for Motor Trades and Repairs, ZDK.  

The goal of MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANICA MADRID is to unlock the value of the parts, equipment and services industry, a highly competitive and pioneering sector with a strong commitment to exports, and also to foster sustainable mobility and road safety.  

Its many qualities and advantages confirm the event as a top industry meeting place and a superb platform for business, analysis and debate, as well as a commercial tool that serves the interests of companies and professionals.  

With this in mind, and in order to maximise its appeal, MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID will structure its offering around the Spare Parts and Components, Accessories and Tuning, Repair and Maintenance, Electronics and Systems; IT and Management and Service Stations & Car Wash sectors.
