100 guests, industry professionals, agencies and corporate buyers were hosted at a special menu tasting in the Stadium’s Pitch View Room – one of only two dedicated event spaces in the Stadium with direct access to seating on the terrace, and offers panoramic views over the famous Wembley pitch and Stadium bowl.
The event allowed guests to sample numerous canapés including Goujons of battered haddock with hand cut chips, lemon and homemade tartare sauce, Steamed pork dumplings served with a peanut Asian salad, and Spinach and feta falafel with mint tzatziki. While food stations served a selection of chef’s desserts such as assorted mini doughnuts, Ginger and apricot flapjacks, Chocolate brownies and Glazed almond fingers as well as Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Smoothies.
In-house chefs Mark Reynolds and Yvonne Foran unveiled the Stadium’s new menus and were on hand to discuss the flavours, designs and craftsmanship of this season’s inspired Meetings & Events Menus.
