The initiative is designed to recognise and reward clients and venue finding agencies who recommend the centre to colleagues and industry contacts.
Heni Fourie, Sales and Marketing Manager, said: “Over the past 45 years we have held an estimated 20,000 events at Lane End. To mark this significant milestone we are planning a series of events for clients and booking agents throughout the year, starting with the launch of a new customer advocacy scheme.
“Since the Centre opened in 1969 we have built up a strong and loyal, repeat customer base, some of whom have been using Lane End for decades.
Advocates of Lane End Conference Centre will receive a £100 voucher for amazon.com when their recommendations turn into confirmed events.
Venue agencies who confirm new business stand to receive 10% commission, which will rise to 15% if levels exceed £150,000.

Lane End Conference Centre has a range of client and agency-focussed events in place to commemorate its 45th anniversary.
These include a Luxury Chocolate Making Day in May - presented by expert chocolatier Paul Hargreaves - and a Family Fun Day in September. A glittering gala event is also planned for Lane End’s top clients at the end of 2014.
Established in 1969, Lane End Conference Centre is one of the longest running, independent, purpose-built residential conference and training venues in the UK.
Set in 26-acres of private parkland near High Wycombe, Lane End has adapted and refined its facilities and operations over the decades to attract a large national and international client base.
In December 2013, Lane End was awarded BDRC Continental’s VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation for delivering outstanding meeting experiences for the eighth consecutive quarter.
