Free Wi-Fi @ World Forum!

The World Forum will offer free Wi-Fi facilities in all break-out rooms and public spaces from 1 January 2014. This means that in every room a standard Wi-Fi feature is available for regular and varied use of the network by the normal number of people that fits the size of the space.

Today’s conferences are full of demand for good connections and high speed internet access. Delegates are not just bringing their suitcases anymore; they come with their smart phones, iPads and laptops. Delegates use it for blogging, uploading photo’s, posting the next best idea on Twitter, check their email, download the event program and on and on. This is why we are very pleased to say that we have hugely invested in a basic free Wi-Fi internet access.

Additional facilities will have to be put in place for conferences and events that will require extensive use of the Wi-fi network and they will be arranged with the client in a professional manner. Examples of such gatherings include conferences at which each person will use the Wi-Fi network with multiple devices simultaneously and sessions for which guaranteed interactions via the Wi-Fi network are necessary.

Kirsten Vosmer, Commercial Manager of the World Forum: “As modern convention center we understand the need for providing the right services to our clients and guests. We understand that budgets do not reach the sky and the money needs to be spent for the optimal conference experience.  We constantly innovate and grow with the newest technologies and keep up with customer expectations.  Our latest investment is an extensive Wi-Fi network that gives you a fantastic cost effective advantage.”
