Cheddar Gorge launches group and corporate packages

Cheddar Gorge Abseiling
Cheddar Gorge & Caves has created three separate group and corporate packages, which draw on the skills and expertise of the Cheddar Gorge X-treme team.
'Adventure Abseiling', 'Corporate Caving' and 'Rustic Rock Climbing' are the packages now on offer to groups of five-or-more visitors to this world famous landmark.

All packages includes a morning or afternoon of activities, with refreshments, a guided tour of Gough's Cave, free car parking and gift bag and, most importantly of all, an adrenalin-filled hour-and-a-half of X-treme activity: abseiling inside the caves; rock climbing in the Gorge; and caving for beginners.

Optional extras for each one of the packages include group cheese-tasting sessions, team building exercises, additional Cheddar Gorge X-treme activities, and - depending on the time of the year - a tour of the Gorge on an open top bus.

The cost per person for each one of the group and corporate packages is £49.50.

One of the most spectacular natural locations in the whole of the UK - with seven separate attractions - Cheddar Gorge, in Somerset, is where it¹s possible to come into contact with pre-history, stunning scenery and two leading show caves.

It is also the home of Cheddar Gorge X-Treme - considered by many as the ultimate way of exploring the gorge & caves, from top to bottom.

Already offering visitors aged 11-upwards adventure caving and rock climbing, it is led by a highly trained team; and is suitable for beginners, and family groups. The group and corporate packages are new, and a natural next-step to giving more people access to a landscape that is almost purpose-built for these kinds of activities.

Their latest offering - in-cave abseiling - for example, combines the dramatic backdrop of Gough's Cave with yet another adrenalin filled activity.
