Executive box holders enjoyed an evening of food on Thursday 18 July, at the annual hospitality menu tastings at Chelsea Football Club. Three tastings were held across the evening, in the form of  a Chef’s table buffet, plated meals and the Executive Club – a level of hospitality which provides guests with a Champagne reception, a choice of menus from a casual buffet to four course fine dining, full and half time refreshments and padded seating.

All Chelsea Football Club’s menus focus on British seasonal produce, including British vegetables, fish, meat and cheese and are prepared entirely in house on match days by in house caterer Levy Restaurants. Guests tucked into dishes including asparagus, pea and watercress soup, fillet of salmon in a mussel and vegetable broth, and pineapple carpaccio, as well as specially matched wines and an impressive cheese board.
