Playing host to this year’s Northern Ireland Tourism Awards and Business in Community NI Gala Awards was a grand slam for the Province’s only purpose-built conference centre.
Both award ceremonies were previously held on a number of occasions in Belfast Waterfront. A winning combination of quality service, location and superb facilities were key to bringing the awards back to one of the World’s Best Convention Centre.
The red carpet was rolled out to welcome 300 delegates and dignitaries to The Northern Ireland Tourism Awards. And within a matter of days, the Waterfront’s auditorium was once again transformed with ease into a luxurious banqueting venue for the Business in Community NI Gala Awards.
Drinks receptions were held in the Waterfront’s Gallery and Bar Level One, an elegant setting offering ample space for guests to network and celebrate their exceptional contribution to local industries. During the evening guests enjoyed first-class service and high-class dining.
Carolyn Boyd, Northern Ireland Tourist Board Industry Development Manager, said “The Northern Ireland Tourism Awards gala ceremony is an annual celebration of tourism success and the provision of excellent event facilities, hospitality and customer service is a vital component towards ensuring that our award winners and guests have a high quality experience and an enjoyable night out.
