When VIEW 62 by Paco Roncero, Hong Kong's only revolving restaurant, opened one year ago, it set the culinary dining scene on fire with its innovative and nouvelle cuisine.  Today, Chef Roncero has announced the launch of another revolutionary concept in Hong Kong, “Paco Roncero Catering” at VIEW 62 by Paco Roncero.
