MWB Liverpool Street unveils new flexible meeting space

MWB Business Exchange meeting room
Flexible workspace provider MWB Business Exchange, part of Regus, expanded its Liverpool Street offering for clients yesterday with the unveiling of a new suite of high-spec meeting rooms at its centre at 55 Old Broad Street.  Just a few steps from Liverpool Street station, the centre is located at the heart of the city’s financial district.

The seven rooms are designed to cater for those who need access to flexible meeting space on an ad hoc basis and can accommodate up to 72 people.  From boardroom to classroom style, their layout can be tailored to suit customers’ needs and they are designed to be as easy to use as possible, freeing up customers to focus purely on running productive meetings and training sessions.

The launch of the new facilities was marked with a beach-themed party yesterday, where guests gathered to mingle and admire the new facilities over cocktails, oysters and live music.

Morag Alabaster, MWB Venues Director comments: “We are proud to unveil our new suite of meeting and training rooms which we are confident will prove extremely popular with companies in the area looking to hire out extra space on a flexible basis. The standard of the meeting space is as high as our customers have come to expect and everyone who hires out these spaces will benefit from our dedicated service team.

“We are seeing a growing appetite for flexible property arrangements amongst our customer base. With previous research indicating that 41% and 39% of companies respectively identified reducing fixed workspace and more use of pay-as-you-go business services as key ways of creating sustainable growth, it is clear that businesses are acknowledging that there is no sense in being burdened with paying for space which, although necessary for specific purposes, sits empty for the majority of the time. Instead, they appreciate the no-hassle scalability and financial agility that the pay-per-use model we offer gives them.”
