Three Michelin star holder, Heinz Beck has devised a menu with Executive Chef Heros De Agostinis full of flowery delights and a sensational selection of seasonal ingredients inspired by the array of herbs and flowers on show this year.
Apsleys, a Heinz Beck Restaurant, provides a perfectly decadent atmosphere to enjoy such a culinary treat. Fragrant plates will be enjoyed with an aromatic cocktail – The Elderberry; a medley of fresh raspberry puree and Elderflower syrup with Champagne.

The Chelsea Flower Show lunch menu is available from 21st May through to 25th May and costs £29.00 per person excluding service charge and served daily from 12:30 - 14:30.
