ACCESS Event Solutions announces partnership with Eventbrite to provide technology for back-of-the-house event management

The integrated software solution begins partnership with Eventbrite this month

ACCESS Event Solutions, a global leader in event credentials for premier entertainment acts, sporting events and conferences, announced today that it has partnered with Eventbrite, the world’s largest event technology platform that powers two million events around the world each year, to deploy a back-of-the-house logistics software database solution. The partnership brings together two innovative companies from the ticketing and credentials industries, each with renowned client rosters.

“It's critical for our festival partners to be able to seamlessly connect their ticketing and RFID systems with their back-of-house operations,” said Biasha Mitchell, Head of Music Business Strategy & Solutions at Eventbrite. “As we continue to build a holistic technology solution for festivals and other larger, multi-day events, we are thrilled to partner with best-in-class event management software to solve some of the biggest pain points happening behind the scenes.”

The integration will bridge Eventbrite’s global ticketing platform with ACCESS Event Solutions credential management software to provide event organizers a one-stop solution for managing thousands of requests from backstage guests and staff.

“Before this, it was extremely difficult for event organizers to dictate who was going where, and who was getting what backstage,” said Tom Van Ruiten, Director of Marketing at ACCESS Event Solutions. “Many organizers are still using printed spreadsheets to track logistics. Partnering with Eventbrite allows us to deliver a reliable, real-time ticketing and operations solution.”

At the core of this partnership is ACCESS’ Mission Control, a credential management system that allows organizers to manage credential, meal, parking, and asset requests, which can be approved or denied with one click. Once approved in Mission Control, the system syncs automatically with the Eventbrite database, allowing for seamless, real-time integration. Wristband and credential UIDs are shared by the two systems, allowing for multiple applications of RFID Technology, from Eventbrite’s access control, to ACCESS’ catering, parking, and asset management.

The solution is available now  to customers via Eventbrite Spectrum, a one-stop destination for third-party extensions that gives Eventbrite customers easy access to best-in-class technologies.
