Aristel Hotel Group select Guestline’s multi-property solutions

Aristel Hotels, a group of 4 hotels, is the latest corporate client to join the Guestline portfolio to benefit from their multi-property solutions. The group, which consists of Doubletree by Hilton Marble Arch, Best Western Frensham Pond, Best Western Donnington Manor and The Chatsworth Hotel has chosen to implement Guestline’s Rezlynx property management system (PMS), EPoS, Channel Manager and PCI Manager.

Commenting on the news, Dave Lakin, Director of New Business at Guestline said “Aristel Hotels are a very welcome addition to the ever growing Guestline group portfolio. With Aristel operating a range of branded hotels from Best Western to Doubletree by Hilton it was of paramount importance for the system to offer the Best Western Two Way Interface and be able to offer a central reservation system to enable the hotels to be manage bookings from one centralised location. This will allow the group to reduce costs and streamline operations – as well as being able to cross sell across the portfolio if one hotel is fully booked. They operate a number of busy bars and restaurants throughout their hotels so our EPoS solution, which is fully integrated with the PMS, will enable them to manage sales, stock checks and room transfers.”

Guestline’s Channel Manager is a distribution platform that will manage the Aristel’s entire inventory exposure to the Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and the Global Distribution System (GDS). It streamlines the channel management process by allowing Aristel Hotels to control rates and availability from a single real-time source, removing the requirement for room allotments and manual adjustments on an individual channel basis.

The distribution system seamlessly integrates to Guestline’s cloud hosted Rezlynx PMS (Property Management System), so that bookings, regardless of their source, flow directly into the PMS without the need for time consuming manual data entry and allocation.

Rezlynx PMS will provide Aristel with easy-to-use functionality that enables them to deal with prospective guests and repeat visitors quickly and efficiently, delivering improved customer service. A comprehensive rate management tool ensures that revenue is maximised at every opportunity, generating improved revenue per available room (RevPAR). The system also automatically confirms the booking by letter, email or text.

By opting for a fully integrated solution, the hotels will benefit from Guestline’s EPoS, a robust point of sale solution, with the added benefit of mobility for bars and restaurants. The EPoS system has product upsell functionality, comprehensive business monitoring and management reporting, along with restaurant table management.
